Approval of Promissory Note by Treasurer is prioritized by emergencies or financial crises in the family of the student.

Guidelines for Promissory Note

• Only parents or guardians are allowed to sign Promissory Note;
• Maturity on not more than one month;
• No issuance of a new Promissory Note unless previous Promissory Note is fully settled; and
• Promissory Note are applicable for exams only and not for release of school records.
