The summit was held at The Astbury and Canva Office in Makati City last May 19-20, 2023 which was attended by the ALTEC Director, Rogin Eribal, and the Teach Anywhere Program Officer, Fatma Matindo. Together with the delegates from Teach Anywhere Zamboanga were Ryan Rubio, the Principal of Baliwasan Central School SPED Center in Zamboanga City, and Viriginia Cabrera, the Public School District Supervisor of Kabalasan, Zamboanga Sibugay. The aim of the summit was to gather insights, brainstorm, strategize, and plan ways to expand the program to assist left-behind learners in achieving the desired level of learning by leveraging the collective expertise and experiences of the partners.
As the Teach Anywhere 2.0 launch is scheduled in the second half of 2023, the summit served as a crucial platform to gather valuable insights from partners for the upcoming implementation. As a partner institution, AdZU-ALTEC deemed it essential to participate in the summit to fulfill its assigned role in the implementation process.
